Note: The LTC course does not cover basic handgun operation. If you’re not yet confident with your shooting fundamentals, we recommend signing up for a Basic Handgun Course or booking a Private Lesson before attending LTC.

Cancellation Policy
BTO Range and Training Center class cancellations and refund requests must be made via email at tara@bto-range.com. Class cancellations made within 24 hours of the course date will not receive a refund, instead, a one-time class rescheduling can be made.

SHOOTING RANGE LIABILITY WAIVER
It is mandatory for all customers that are shooting to fill out a waiver.

At BTO Range and Training Center, we understand that our busy lives can make it difficult to find the time required for lengthy classes. Our team of instructors has created a LTC program that simplifies the process and makes it easy to understand.
The License to Carry (LTC) course requires operating and shooting a handgun in a safe and proficient manner.
LTC does NOT cover the basic procedures of operating/firing a handgun. If you do not feel confident in your ability to properly shoot a handgun, consider attending one of our Basic Handgun courses or schedule a Private Lesson before attending the LTC class.
The LTC curriculum consists of laws and regulations of carrying a handgun. The required material taught in class is on a very basic level and easy to understand. You will also be required to demonstrate your shooting ability through a qualification course of fire. The required shooting portion of the class is held on-site and is also on a very basic level which focuses mostly on safe gun handling. Newer shooters often pass with ease. No need to be nervous!
